History of the Digi-Battle Card Game

This is a timeline of events related to the Digi-Battle card game. Some dates are speculations but I'm pretty sure they're close enough. It's sad to see but the original Digi-Battle cards seem to have only been released for a single year. If you can pinpoint more specific dates or if any of the below information is incorrect then please correct me.

Dates are in format day/month/year and when a specific date is not known it is substituted with "00".

20/11/1999 Upper Deck announce plans to create the Digi-Battle card game with Bandai (reference)
00/02/2000 Initial release of Digi-Battle, this includes the Starter Set and Booster Set 1 (reference)
23/05/2000 Digimon World is released along with DW-01 promo (reference)
13/07/2000 Taco Bell Promos released, promotion ending 09/09/2000 (reference)
15/08/2000 Upper Deck update their website to announce the release of Booster Set 2 (reference)
02/09/2000 03/09/2000 - The Digimon Weekend took place at Universal Studios Hollywood, the only 2 days that the UN-01 Goldramon cards was distributed (reference1) (reference2)
06/10/2000 Digimon Movie Promos are released alongside the release of Digimon: The Movie
00/10/2000 DM-01 Omnimon and DM-02 The Miracle 4 are released with action figures as part of the Digimon: The Movie promo campaign (reference1) (reference2)
00/12/2000 Fox Kids promos FX-08, FX-09 and FX-10 are released in Fox Kids magazine Winter 2000 issue (reference)
06/12/2000 German Comic Promo DW-01 is released
