The Fox Kids promo set is a small set of cards with the serial code prefix "Fx-".

The Digimon cards in the set were released with Fox Kids Magazine and had to be cut out of a magazine page. Because of this the card quality is much poorer than regular Digi-Battle cards and the dimensions of the cards included an odd gold border that was used to separate the cards on the magazine page. The overall distribution of the 3 Digimon cards was far from ideal.

The Power Option cards in the set are the 7 Digi-Destined cards that have been previously released in the Cereal Promo set and the Swedish Promo set. It's still not known for sure how these cards were distributed. I've heard rumors that they were given out at a convention, given out with another magazine and given out to Fox Kids fan club members. There's no evidence to support any of these stories… YET
